Refunds

At ARC Homeopathy, we strive to deliver reliable and ethical healthcare services through homeopathy. Our goal is to help individuals manage and treat their conditions holistically through customized consultations. In order to maintain the integrity of our service, we have implemented a clear and firm refund policy which all clients are required to accept before making a payment.

1. No Refund Policy

All consultation fees paid via our website are non-refundable under all circumstances. Whether the consultation has been scheduled, attended, delayed, or missed, the payment made is final. Clients are encouraged to book appointments only after carefully reading the service descriptions and understanding the nature of services offered.

2. Advance Payment and Confirmation

All appointments are booked only after advance payment through Razorpay or approved channels. Once the payment is made, the client is redirected to the consultation form. Submission of the form confirms the intent to proceed, and a consultation is then manually scheduled by our team.

3. Service Non-Delivery Claims

In the unlikely event that ARC Homeopathy fails to assign a consultation after payment and form submission due to internal error or technical failure, the client may contact us within 72 hours for manual review. Any such exception shall be handled internally, and any goodwill resolutions will be made at the sole discretion of ARC Homeopathy.

4. Session Expiry and Package Validity

Clients purchasing the premium plan (₹6000 for 6 consultations) must utilize their sessions within a valid time frame, communicated via WhatsApp at the time of first confirmation. Failure to use sessions in time does not make the user eligible for a refund.

5. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to:

  • Submit the form with complete and accurate details
  • Attend the consultation within the timeframe provided
  • Cooperate in the follow-up process Failure to do so on the part of the client does not entitle them to any form of refund or carry-forward benefits.

6. No Legal Complaints or Consumer Claims Accepted

By using this platform and making a payment, you agree that:

  • No legal complaint, chargeback, or consumer grievance will be initiated for refund purposes.
  • All disputes, if any, will be resolved internally by ARC Homeopathy in good faith.
  • You waive your right to escalate payment disputes through legal forums.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. You also confirm acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

If you have any concerns, you may contact our support before booking. Once the booking is made, no cancellations or refunds will be processed under any condition.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, miscommunication, or technical issues.
  • Payment once made is considered final and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once a consultation is booked and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Rescheduling may be allowed only for premium patients (₹6000 plan) based on doctor availability, but cancellation is not possible.
